"Been to Zara’s all over the world and this one has by far the worst customer service ever! I too (as some others in the reviews have experienced) experienced extremely rude and arrogant service from the change room attendants. The overall feeling of being in there was me just wanting to get the hell out (as soon as I bought my dress lol) never again at this Zara!"

"terrible customer service, the short brown haired lady at the fitting rooms was incredibly rude and clearly thought she was all that. this is something they seriously need to work on if they are going to keep customers coming, some of the staff seem to be quite pleasant but overall they have a very low standard of customer service. very disappointed and really expected more from such a well known brand. someone needs to have a talk with some of their staff about how they are treating customers as it is below acceptable"

"Todays experience at Zara left me feeling extremely disappointed. While I was checking out with my seven sale items, the staff member who was packing them seemed to find something amusing and continued to laugh at me in a condescending manner. "I went to Zara in Karrinyup today. when I checked out in the counter, there were the prices different from the tag. I waited a while for the manager to come and correct the price. However when the manager with long hair and wore glasses came and ask the clerk how long I have been waiting. The clerk said that it had been a while. The manager had very bad attitude in front of me even didn’t say sorry to me. It was your system went wrong there’s not my problem. Very worse experience than ever."

"The only option for checkout is self-serve, which is fine, except the registers would not pick up any of my items. The help button said "contact staff". There were none around, so had to go and find one to ask for help. While the staff member initially had a bit of a "it's easy you should be able to do it" attitude, she then experienced the same problem I had been having, and came around very quickly. Once my items were finally scanned and paid for, and I was on my own again, I went to remove the security tags per the instructions on the screen. After several minutes of trying, I went to the (unmanned) returns desk to ask if they could do it for me. The young man who came to help was extremely dubious of me (understandable as I was standing in the middle of the store asking for help removing security tags) and scrutinised my receipt and me before undoing the tag, dropping my purchase on the counter and just... Walking away. Didn't say anything, wouldn't even look at me. Overall terrible experience. Will not be returning."
