"I must say I am very disappointed in the service provided by RM Williams Karrinyup in Perth. It has been 3 weeks and I have had 5 phone calls getting different answers each time I call about the status of my boots. They said they were there 2 weeks ago and I asked about the sizing assessment and they said someone would call. No one did. I called back. They said someone would call. No one did. I called again and they said the boots are in transit and they are not sure when they will arrive and to just wait for us to call. Great product let down by very poor service."

"Was looking for a long time at all the boots today, I went around and around the table picking up the boots looking hard at which ones I might like. Left work early especially to go and buy a pair or very seriously look try on and see. The staff ignored ignored ignored, was amazing how they could ignore me for so long, and I walked out, bought a pair at David jones and went home, never again will I consider a pair of these boots after this experience. ."
