"Nice staff. Very helpful. Helped me return a very disappointing pair of Palladium shoes I bought from the cold and unsympathetic Watertown store. The staff, however, provided me conflicting information as the attendant was trying to sell me shoes, branding them "hiking boots", whereas, in a face-saving attempt, the manager disagreed only when I showed evidence that they were not hiking shoes. Anyway, no judgements. I liked the people there. I'll let them sort their issues. Shoes were disappointing, though."
"Recieved great customer services by a young gentleman. He appeared to be the only one working the floor and was doing his best to attend to myself and another lady as fast as he could. I fell in love with a pair of Docs that were a little tight. I asked to try the half size up and he explained the 8 was the largest they had. But he could check other stores. He did, there were a pair in Joondalup and Hay Street. I asked if he could have them transfered as my car has died. He said he'd ask, went into the staff area where 2 others were chatting, came back and explained that it was not possible and the manager had said no. He was so apologetic but really Platypus, you don't transfer stock between locations? If the lovely gent hadn't been so attentive this would be a lower rating."
