"Due to staffs incompetents after I had an cortisone injection in the neck I developed a blood clot and had to stay in hospital under supervision for a number of days now they're refusing to admit responsibility and refusing medical treatment. Avoid this one. Just an update I have continuously called and tried to make appointments only to be flat out refused by management. They won't call me back. absolutely disgusting behaviour they come across like criminals hiding their mistakes"
"I got numerous texts prior to an appointment demanding that I arrived on time for check in etc. Only to then sit in the waiting room for almost half an hour after my appointment time. Like my time away from work isn't important. Unsurprisingly, I still get charged the full amount."
"I had a procedure at Jones at the Calvary this morning which I was a bit nervous about before I went in. All the staff were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience actually quite wonderful. There was an absolutely amazing nurse in particular who was so warm and kind who comforted me and talked to me during the procedure and before I knew it, it was all over and didn't feel a thing!"
"I went there 14 Feb 23, had 2 corticosteroid injection, using ultra sound for guidance. Making an appointment easy, sms confirmation appreciated, parking at Wilson directly across the road, staff at reception Awesome, waiting room comfortable and blue, the first staff member that collected me from the waiting area fantastic, super relatable asked lots of questions, the Dr that did the injections was great and also an MTB cyclist. Great experience today. It’s been just over 4 hours and things have begun to settle. Thank you Jones Radiology. P.S no relation."
