Kmart Firle

"Very bad customer service of store manager. Blaming other customers for putting the item in the wrong spot when in fact the item was in the right spot with the clearance label for the exactly same item and description. The price was also the same on the website. The truth was that they forgot to change the price label from clearance to a new price or they should not put the items up on the shelf until the website changed the price. The manager did not honour to match the price with what on website and on their price label with an excuse of a new key code. I am fine not buying it but dont make an excuse by blaming other customers putting item in wrong spot when in fact its your staff’s mistake. Also had a bad experience before with this store when calling to ask for stock availability, a staff member picked up the phone, got the item number and I was told to wait for her to check. Waited for nearly 30 minutes on the phone, still no one coming back with an answer. Too tired to wait anymore so I just hung up. Will never come back this Kmart store again."

"I don't often leave reviews for stores, but this one is well deserved. We came in to grab a couple of things and one of them we had trouble finding, but two of the ladies working here went out of their way to help us locate it and they were very friendly and helpful. When I headed over to buy our items, there was a bit of a queue at the self serve and I didn't realise at first that there was a staff member over at the manned checkout (my brain doesn't work on Friday afternoons). He called me over to serve me and as I got close to the checkout, another man appeared from the other side and tried to push in to get served first. The young fella serving let the other man know that he had called me over first, and proceeded to serve me. I thought this was quite gentlemanly of him, and he also was very friendly. I was in a bit of a rush at the time so I feel like I didn't take the time to show that I was appreciative, but I appreciated it greatly, especially in this day and age where at most places when someone cuts in line, nobody says a word and it's just accepted. Just want to say thank you to the great staff at Kmart Firle!"

"I recently placed a click and collect order at Kmart in Firle. The customer service I received was good, and my order was ready for pickup as expected. Overall, a positive experience."

"I had a really bad experience just now when I go refund the bad quality product. The staff Mai was really no patience when I was confused about “apple wallet number”, I want to ask where I can find the number but she totally ignored me! And then she just asked me if I want a voucher but as a foreigner customer I have no idea what this voucher means for and she spoke so fast I can’t understand what she really means, but when I want to ask more she just go away in front of me without any words! As a customer I don’t think that’s the way she should do! I feel so said when I saw other reviews that some local people said the reception was very patient. But to me, an Asian, what I experienced today is totally an no patience, it’s so racists! I can’ understand!"

"Love Kmart, but now we have to self check out, which I don’t want, I want to be served by a human, then you need assistance ! That’s fun, and NEW when you leave the store you have to scan your receipt. Ridiculous, another and probably the final reason why I want to not shop there anymore.. KMART do better"
