"Very poor service. $1500 Parts and labour bill from Toyota to repair the car after being at Alberts Joondalup. Car was returned 3 times. Didn't use parts supplied by the manufacturer. Rough install causing damage to steering wheel sensor. 2 visits required at Toyota to repair. Yet to be reimbursed as discussed with Jason from Alberts Joondalup. Very Arrogant and carless staff."

"***I felt like I was SCAMMED*** Last week I call Albert's as I wanted to get a cheap radio in my work car, they quoted me $250 for a Kenwood KMM BT 408 + $100 for installation, I was very happy with that and I booked it in I also done my research and the price for that radio was between $190 and $250 to purchase online, when I arrive there that afternoon they said they sold out of that type of radio and they offered me a Kenwood KMM BT 208 but he said this radio was the same price has the 408, the installation went smoothly and it took less than 30 minutes I was happy, when I got home I done a little bit of research on the radio that they install the 208 and I could have her Chase at radio online between $85 and $139 the next day I called Alberts up again to explain and they were quite rude to me and only offered me $50 as I said the installation was $180 but that is not what they said to me the day before I had no problem getting a lower rated radio I just wanted to be charged fairly or what I got."
