"Purchased a new alternator from here,lt looked like it had been fitted before..paid an auto spark to install it, only to have it fail on me a couple of days later. Removed it and returned it ,got it replaced ,however i had to lose a day off work (unpaid) had to have mycar towed home ,($345.). Had to have the faulty one removed and the replacement one installed.all at my cost..the mgr at NAPA Joondalup just said sorry.When asked if i had any recourse for compensation due to the faulty part, the reply was no . Sorry but these things happen. So i,m aprox 600 bucks worse off due to a faulty alternator that was sold to me by NAPA.. not a happy customer"
