"Sunday 22/07/23 My TOYOTA FORTUNER's battery died. We just finished having lunch within the Morley Galleria shopping complex. We called Battery World which was just across the road. The assistant could not get any help for us. She told us that the nearest shop opened for the day was in Malaga. I asked her on how do get there when I couldn't even start my car? So I hung up the phone. We then called Supercheap Auto in Morley which was on the other side of the Galleria and they didn't do delivery. Suddenly, we came across The Battery Guy with so many positive reviews. This company was a life saver. Without completing the sentence over the phone, this guy with an initial "MG" advised us that he would be there in 10 minutes! Well, he arrived there in just 8 minutes instead. He did all the required test and replaced the dead battery in no time. He re-tuned the car clock, checking all the powered windows and etc. When every battery company has failed only THE BATTERY GUY will SAVE YOU in such a short time with their professional service! "Excellent service from Matt at The Battery Guys, Joondalup. One of his techs replaced flat battery in my car in the morning. Unbeknownst to me, the memory settings for the steering column, seats, clock etc were cancelled when the old battery died. They had to be re-set after the new battery was installed and I didn't know how to do this. I thought I had an auto-electrics problem. I called Matt, who came out after he finished work in the shop - at around 6:00pm! Matt immediately diagnosed the problem and re-set everything. I have used the Battery Guys before.
