"From arranging a call out for a quote to delivery and installation the service has been prompt with constant coms to advise times and date and if the schedule changes. On the delivery day Mike called me directly, as he was ahead of schedule, to check if it was ok to come early - very rare these days to get that kind of customer service. The doors were removed, allowing me to clean out all the building rubble left in the grooves, Mike assisted me and made sure all doors, when replaced, were functioning well and lockable. The new pet door has been installed with full consideration to placement following a discussion with me. The service, installation and overall service has been fabulous. The quality of the workmanship and friendliness have been wonderful and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending their services."
