"Very happy with the way they handled our complaint today. We ordered 4 pizzas for delivery, one was vegetarian with no olives. When it arrived, there were olives on it, so our friend was unable to eat any of them. They apologised and sent out a replacement within 20 minutes on a busy Friday night, free of charge.
