Dr. Stylian has a particular interest in complex haemato-oncologic problems and providing multiple lines of life-prolonging therapies to cancer patients. As part of his commitment to excellence, he has established a cancer centre of excellence at Pindara Hospital on the Gold Coast, where complex disorders are managed and leading-edge treatments are provided.

In addition to Pindara Hospital, Dr. Stylian is an accredited practitioner at Allamanda, John Flynn, and Greenslopes Hospitals. Since 2007, he has tirelessly worked towards improving haematology and oncology services on the Gold Coast, earning recognition and accolades for his contributions.

Some of his notable achievements include the inaugural setup of the Stem Cell Transplant and Apheresis Unit at John Flynn Hospital, the establishment of the first Day Oncology Unit at Pindara Hospital, and the setup of the Stem Cell Transplant and Leukaemia Unit at Pindara Hospital. Dr. Stylian has also been actively involved in medical education and has received certificates of appreciation for his commitment to clinical supervision of medical students.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Stylian has been nominated for various awards, including the Gold Coast Citizen of the Year Award and the Australian of the Year Award. He has also been instrumental in advising the need for a PET-CT scan service on the Gold Coast and is currently working on establishing a Pindara Hospital Regenerative Medicine Centre and a Pindara Private Hospital Bleeding Disorders Unit.
