"They have always got what I'm after normally, but I own a Chevy Silverado dually LT, and parts sometimes need to be sourced online or from the states. Prices are great and the staff are more than welcoming. They also help when Im looking around and suggest products that are on special that are good quality. After a very annoying experience at super cheap Morley last night, when I came out of work at 7 to find both head lights gone they refused to install new headlights for me as it was "too late" and I had to drive home with my high beams on. "Went in to do a refund from a online purchase, lots of staff came over to help when they saw it was a refund almost all disappeared, the one who stayed said they could not do that refund at that store (NOT TRUE THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO). Went to Midland as directed by Ellenbrook staff and Midland staff sorted it immediately and were extremely helpful. I suggest you put staff in Ellenbrook that at least try to help and know what they are doing. I'll be going 20km out of my way from now on to the Midland store who know how to supply good customer service."
