Her expertise led her to be appointed to the RANZCOG board of examiners. She is also an Associate of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the UK.

With extensive experience as an O&G specialist, Dr Allanach has worked in various metropolitan and tertiary level hospitals across Queensland. This diverse background enables her to provide the highest standard of care in all aspects of women's health.

In addition to her focus on Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Dr Allanach has a special interest in Aviation Medicine. She is a proud member of the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine and holds the position of a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner for CASA. This means she is qualified to conduct medical certification examinations for private and commercial pilots as well as air traffic controllers.
