"Absolutely disgusting staff. My partner and I walked into Priceline at Australia Fair to browse and this young girl in her early 20’s was so rude towards us. As we walked in, this old lady was glaring us up and down, then as we browsed, the young girl ( either 18 or 19) was standing and death staring at us down the row as we browsed the shampoos and deodorant. We were asked “can I help you?” close to 7 times as if they wanted us out of the store, this was asked in a very obnoxious and condescending tone. The young girl then tried to accuse us of of using products we didn’t touch, while we were at the register. Every time I use the sukin body wash I bought from your store, I think of how badly we were treated and it makes me sick. I will NEVER be setting foot in that store again, it’s very poor representation on Priceline’s behalf because it’s a great franchise, but the Australia Fair store is revolting. Shame on you."

"Absolutely disgraceful! The old lady (around 60) that was at the perfumes at around 12:37am 22nd of July 2023 needs to be fired. My daughter and her friend walked in and from the moment they entered she was giving them weird looks most likely due to them being teenagers. Everything was fine until my daughter went over to the lip liners and opened one which looked like a tester (due to the tape looking crusty and torn) and the old lady walked over. She said “um you are not allowed to open those”. In which my daughter replied “it was already open”. The old lady stood there and continued to drill her about it for around 5 minutes (she hadn’t even used it). She was very rude about it and my daughter even ended up offering to pay. Until another lady at the front desk told my daughter that she didn’t even need to pay for it because cause it wasn’t used by her and all the cranky old lady had to do was walk to the front desk and put more tape around it. The whole situation should have been handled completely differently. She just had a problem with them the moment they walked in because they are young. She doesn’t get paid enough to be worrying about one piece of tape that much. Definitely won’t be back."

"Today I was assisted by Melina, I have a lot of anxiety when shopping for items that I can’t find, I asked the staff member to assist me, and instead of just pointing me in a corner somewhere, she’s actually took the time to ask what my budget was and help me find what I needed on the budget that I could afford, I found this to be exquisite customer service, then I went to pay for my items and found the people serving to be just as pleasant. I would highly recommend that if you are having trouble finding an item and you don’t want to just be pointed to a corner somewhere, then definitely go in and ask Priceline, the staff are more than happy to assist you in finding what you need within your budget."

"Let's be honest I only come here for makeup and skincare, I've never come here for medicine or supplements. Only place I know of that sells my favourite foundation and eyeliner. Best place to buy decent drugstore makeup that I can't find anywhere else, like NYX & Revolution. I've found staff to be friendly and helpful with skincare and makeup questions."

"I've only attended priceline (Australia Fair) a couple of times, and the service from the floor staff were wonderful. However, this time I went to see the pharmacist and asked her what she had for severe pain resulting from tooth ache. She insisted all they had was panadol or neurifen. I tried to tell her that several years ago I attended priceline and the pharmacist gave me a solution that I could save on my tooth. She insisted they only had a gel. When I asked to see it, she held it up over a meter away so I couldn't even read the writing on the tiny box. I then realised it was for mouth ulcers not tooth ache. Right next to the mouth ulcer gel was the box oral ease "Dental Emergency TOOTHACHE medication" which was the solution I previously received to relieve dental pain. I asked if I could see that medication and again, she held it over a metre away. I purchased it due to my desoerate need for pain relief. She knew she had it, but was unwilling to provide it to me and offered inappropriate medications instead. I'm genuinely appalled. I wish I went to Terry White pharmacy instead. It was unequivocally the worst customer service I've ever received at a pharmacy. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Thanks for helping me out with my excruciating pain Priceline Australia Fair. Next time I won't bother"
