"Nice people to deal with and helpful in the service department. Always get in and out quickly. Couldn't find the problem with my car, but it's a very intermittent fault and they did genuinely try to find the issue. I feel very comfortable taking it back if the problem shows up again."

Also the finance guy Kenny, Stop giving people financial advices! When people wants to pay cash, he will push for finance by saying to put money in to house instead lol!! Overall, I am very disappointed by the team at CMI, Michael and Matthew!! Won't be back again! You've lost a great deal today. You lost my 6 monthly services from all my cars! You chose to make a quick thousand dollars for selling a canceled contact but failed to keep your loyal returning customer!"

"I appreciate the service center guys and the sales guys who are friendly and cheerful. This review is about one of the ladies at the reception. On 17th March 2023 (5pm) when I went to get my car collected from the service, I spoke to the lady at the reception about getting a new vehicle. I wanted to know details about ordering a new vehicle. The simplest answer I got was “I don’t know” and she kept staring at me. Well…. I didn’t expect her to know, but I expected her to direct me to a person who could give me that information. Then I asked her to get me to a person who could give me that information. Then only she stood up from her chair to find a person. I was wondering why in the first place she was taken in to the reception."
