"Agree with the person above. I went here on Sunday to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. Both staff just stayed at their little counter in the middle of the store while a shop full of people just wondered around aimlessly on their own. When I asked for help it was almost like I pulled their teeth out! Do not shop here if you want any form of customer service! Go to Converse only a few shops away, staff here are exceptional will go above and beyond."

When I shop on the day, there were a lot shoes without price tag, and it was hard to find staff nearby to find the info without going to the checkout desk. And the shoes are every, seems staff keep them tidy. When I do checkout, the sales person was talking to the colleague while serving me. Nothing major, but 3 stars seems reasonable for the overall experience."
