Reviews
"This restaurant is over-rated after visiting for the first time, I could say that I am not keen to come back. Apart from the meal portion size being generous, I was disappointed with the service, the Miscommunication, the meals coming out incorrectly and just be aware--you can't bring your own birthday cake and eat it there! I appreciated that the manager came to our table to ensure all our issues were resolved. Also be prepared that it's one bill per table.. So good luck sorting payments out if you come in a large group."
"This place is absolutely amazing!! Love the ambience, its great for first date or any date for that matter. Its has a romantic interior and you can sit by the waters edge over looking several luxury yacht. The service staff are friendly and attend to your request promptly. The food is the obsoletely highlight of this place. Come hungry! We each ordered the 3 course set meal Naxos, Cortu and Seafood chowder. The staff asked if we wanted to eat it course by course or serve the dishes all out at once except for the dessert and coffee. We said all at once as we were very hungry. Wow, it was a feast for the eyes. We dug in first at the chowder. It was the best chowder we have ever tasted!. It has meaty chunks of scallop, fish and possibly crab? (The service staff only gave us a rough guide of what were the components). Broth was thick, umami and creamy! I wanted to jump up and do the boogie. Its that good! The rest of the food was tasty as. Great flavour and generous portion. Love it when everything you order is just cooked to perfection. Come hungry and bring friends who can eat and love to eat. 5 stars are just not enough to rate this location. 100% bang for your buck!"
"Don't go on weekend! We came last Sat, and realised that they charged surcharge 15% on top of bills on all weekends! I wonder if there is any fine print written on the menu?? The Barouti is nice but not other food. The seafood crepe has too much calamari. These calamari were pan fry. After eating too much of it, my mother has cloyed with the food and will not want to continue eating it. Most likely, I won't go again. There are plenty of nicer foods to eat during weekends and won't charge surcharge on weekends."
"The negative reviews are from women who probably have nothing better to do than find issues that don't exist because they're miserable (feel sorry for their husbands). My partner and I had a beautiful lunch today! The lamb was probably the best tasting lamb I've ever had at a restuarant outside of Greece. We had our mains out within 15 minutes of being seated for lunch, our garlic bread starter was out within 4 mins or so. The salad had a very nice herb dressing and the feta cheese was perfect! Exceeded expectations, ignore the whingers. As I left, I overheard a man telling the manager that the Salmon was incredible. Don't hesitate to eat here, it's still as great as it always was."
