"I visited Blu Peter on 12th Jan and was deeply disappointed by the behavior of one of the cashiers. The individual was extremely rude to another customer, and the altercation lasted for an unacceptable 10 minutes. The customer was barely speaking and this cashier kept continuing. She had a friend in the store who was trying to calm her down to no avail. I’ve never seen anything like this. This behavior is completely unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I have been a frequent customer of this store, but due to this incident, I will not be returning. No customer should ever have to endure being bullied and attacked by staff while trying to make a purchase. It is important that management takes appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy."
