"Where do I even start??? I entered the store, frazzled, undecided, stressed… then I was approached my Mal. Mal had all the time in the world for me, answered every question I had, calmed me and we even had a good laugh together. Mal was knowledgeable about all the products, friendly and professional! I can’t wait to head back in next week to secure some decorative pieces for our new home. Every shop needs someone like Mal! Thank you again."
"I wish I could give 5 stars but the sadly mangement team have not delivered. We were promised delivery or a text msg within 48 hours. Its been nearly 4 weeks, I have rang half a dozen times to follow-up & every time they promise me another 48hrs. The manager never called me back as per the sales rep promise. Extremely disappointing customer service."
"Paid a substantial amount of money for furniture and given a wait time, was fobbed off when I went into the shop to ask where my furniture was and the customer service couldn’t understand it was over the period quoted, waited four months then received defective goods, a leather chair with a patch on it. That was replaced. Don’t shop there they will take your money for goods tell you it will arrive in a certain time knowing it won’t. Don’t quality check your items before giving them to you and fob you off when you question where your paid goods are. A poor experience for us."
"Visited the Joondalup store a few weeks ago and was assisted by Amanda. I was undecided about a picture and whilst some sales people try to get you to buy the most expensive, Amanda just chatted and asked what my other decor was like. She was not pushy and I ended up buying a beautiful picture, cushions and a rug, which I hadn’t gone in for. But I am delighted with my purchases and because of the customer service from Amanda will return to this store. It’s not often these days that you get exceptional customer service. Good on you Freedom for your choice of staff."
