"Underaverage of shoes quality in comparison to the prices. They are not really cheap at all. I brought a few pair in an emergency, the both two pairs , in separate conditions, were both torn and , the one with high heels, were broken. The only reason , they got a star at all because of the hospitable lady who served me."
"Not only did the sales lady make a negative comment about my marriage (I was buying shoes for my wedding), she also sold me 2 different size shoes, basically ruining my day. I will be following this up in store but I hope you read this and realise you should be more focused on your job than complaining about how poorly the stores sales are and making nasty comments about young couples getting married. Disgusted and honestly in tears right now on the way to my wedding, wearing the wrong shoes. Thanks a lot"
"Thu 19 May, my first time visiting and browsing Phoenix Mall in Spearwood, as i was interested what they have on sale i walked in to buy a few pairs as they were on special. Bad vibe hit me as i approached your staff (blond sheelah) and i said hello politely, she didn't even look up or even make eye-contact, i try another way to greeting and smile, nope, she still didn't even look up. i carry on browsing and was just giving her a pair that i want and one for the baby, i asked if theres a sz 10, she just crabbed it and left, no converstion whatsoever. i just had enough with her childish behaviour and said to her. EXCUSE ME??? what with the attitude please, she act deaf and said' what?? I just had enough with it and told her straight up, You have bad attitude, you didn't even bother to smile or even a hello as we walked in. She said, oh i thought you were talking to your friend, i said, she is my daughter and NO" how can you think that but my daughter is far away from me on the other end (my gosh) and i am rightf here next to you trying to get your attention but i was totally being ignored by your behaviour. Her answered, Mm i don't know what you on about'. I got really upset and called my daughter we're leaving. My biggiest dissapointed moment is 'I could have got four pairs of shoes for my grandsons, myself and my daughter but your staff ruined my day with her selfish behaviour. Was she having a bad day I wondered??? I preferred my local Cockburn Spendless Shoes, awesome staffs there at least they make me feel welcome."
