"Staff were borderline hostile barking instructions upon arrival. Couldn't accommodate our group at one table so we were split up. Funnily when we went to pay and wanted to pay for each table individually, were told that was impossible. When I asked again she yelled at me saying "It's POLICY!!" The train was mostly empty and wasn't refreshed, forcing us to purchase from the menu - I assume in an attempted to extort more money from customers. Won't be returning."
"Came at 1pm with family for sushi train and 3/4 of sushi train empty and not one item placed on train after we arrived with 1.5 has left of service before close. Only items on sushi train were kids biscuits and deserts and perhaps half dozen other items when we are normally used to a few dozen different choices. 3 people in kitchen and appeared only serving for online orders. Had to order from menu which we didn't want to do as kids liked the idea of the sushi train. Unfortunately will be the last time we come here which is a shame because the food when there is great."
"Really like this sushi train. It is reasonably priced and the sushi selection is generally very good. Sometimes the train hits a slump when there's lots of people ordering off the menu and the chef's can't keep up with demand, but you can't begrudge them for that. Parking is a snap too"
"Came here quite a few times that I didn't think that I haven't review this restaurant yet. Would say the elderly lady in question wasn't being the usual friendly kind of server you're expected to, and she can be abrupt and brash and straightforward but wasn't rude in my opinion. The food quality is definitely above average and you can order anything off the menu if it's not on the belt. Prices have gone up a bit but reckon it's the same everywhere. Fried lotus roots cops a must try! Give this restaurant another chance I'll reckon. Cheers."
