"Made a mistake buying instant pot duo 3 liter online in the store. Received.. it's too small... check on YouTube how to use.. did water testing... Took back to store to change to bigger. One 5.7 liter but the store refuse to change. Took back home. Suggestions.. never buy anything online in the store.. can't return."

"BEWARE ONLINE SHOP! Note this is a review for the Kitchen Warehouse "customer service" team online, but I can't find anywhere else to submit it. My husband and I ordered some knives online using a discount code only for an error message to come up during payment. We discovered then we had been charged twice. Multiple emails, phone calls and web chats later - all of which we've had to instigate - and this is still not resolved, nearly 3 weeks later. Many promises from KW "customer service" staff for them to get in touch with us but 0 contact. Absolutely appalling lack of follow up, rude customer service fobbing us off and basically saying there's nothing they can do for a non existent order (except, apparently, take our money). Absolute fraud and terrible customer service, we will NEVER shop here again."

"Went in earlier today very nervous about starting to try and learn to cook (I’m famously the set fire to cereal bad cook!) and the lovely Irene greeted me. I asked her where the bread trays were and told her I was a very very very green beginner and she made me feel so safe and answered all my questions! Upon picking the pan she even took me to the counter and wrote down a super simple bread recipe on a card and gave me some tips. Thankyou Irene for making me feel safe and hopeful that this time I might actually make something edible. The bread and pan are pictured and Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou Irene!"

"The parking area is in front of the shop. It's pretty convenient. It is not the biggest store, but it displays many popular products. It's easy to find what you want. The staff are very nice and helpful but not annoying."

"Went in to buy a tea strainer, No hello at front door when I walked in, Walked to the back of the shop were the utensils were and a staff member again came near me but no “Hello, do you need any help” just fiddling around me like I was going to do something. Had to go to the counter to ask for help and it was like I was asking for a kidney or something she was like in shock I asked her a question. Will never be back I will go to Malaga next time, They are way more helpful."
