"Wouldn't recommend as we got our gender reveal balloon done here. They prepared a girl balloon instead of a boy balloon. So we thought we were having a girl till we actually opened the envelope BIGW were suppose to read and found out we were having a boy. They gave us our money back for the balloon and made a new one but I don't think that's enough to correct a big mistake like that."
"Big store but if you take your time and have a look around you can find some good bargains. Took me a while to find umbrellas as someone had moved them. Ended up getting a decent mens umbrella for a good price. Can use Woolies card here too and get points."

"Big W stands for Big WINNER. The staff here were so helpful I felt guilty about asking for them to check for another size of low stock clothing. They searched high and low, and amazingly came up with the last one they had. Amazing, but I did really feel guilty about the lengths they went to. Customer service is alive at Big W. Thanks team!"
"This door has a good range of clothing, bedding, kids games, kitchenware and ever righty of other options. The store seems like it is getting a bit tired it needs a makeover and as Midland gate shopping centre is in makeover mode I think some of the major stores should jump on board to keep up as I can’t remember the shop looking any different for quite some time"
