"Amazing in everything that they do! Couldn’t recommend this facility enough. One of my loved ones attended this clinic with her partner, she was extremely nervous but after leaving the appointment she felt much clearer about her situation. She said she couldn’t have felt more supported. The staff were lovely and were asking all do the right questions, there was no bias and she did not feel judged one bit. I was worried about her being so young that she would have a bad experience at a place like this, but this facility blew me away. I am so happy with how they looked after my girl, thank you for doing the work you do and making this experience so much better for young people that may not have the supprt or guidance from their families ❤️"
"Absolutely beautiful nurses and staff, the most comfortable I’ve felt in a hospital type setting from the moment i walked in. Super simple to book over the phone as the receptionist staff are super lovely too! All the information I needed was clear to me and not once was any opinion forced upon me. The doctor I had was very attentive to me and I could tell was ensuring I was comfortable and okay. Nothing but good things to say from my experience. These ladies are a true blessing"
"Best womens health doctors in town! I would recommend this clinic to any person who is seeking support for relevant conditions. The only frustrating part of visiting this clinic is that they don’t have appointments immediately and patients should expect to be, well… patient. Even at the appointment, the confidentiality and accuracy of reception staff and practitioners means that the appointments run sufficiently longer than a regular GP. This clinic will not pressure women to access contraception or termination services whatsoever, though they are available. Counselling is also available to those who are experiencing distress or nervousness during uncertain times and is free of charge."
"Absolutely appalled by this place that is meant to be a support clinic for young women. My daughter was going through a very traumatic time in her life to have to explain everything over the phone to make an appointment, after being on the phone for nearly 10 mins taking down VERY personal details, the receptionist asked if my daughter was over 100kg?! Firstly what has a persons weight got to do with the pregnancy Advisory Centre? Secondly shouldn’t that be a first question asked not after all the personal details of a person such as there address and contact details? Lastly you need to get more trained staff on your front desk when answering phones to be a little more sympathetic and non judgemental. My daughter did not appreciate your receptionist say that my daughter was too over weight to have a termination here sorry and she hung up the phone. How dare you judge! The 100kg is absolute rubbish because I spoke to several people who have been here all have which been over 100kg! So please explain?? Regardless my daughter has now gone through a private hospital where she has been looked after. Avoid this place there are many other places like the Lyell McEwin and Flinders Medical Centre who don’t judge."
"This place is just absolutely fantastic! Staff, doctors and nurses all kind and had a gentle approach to an individuals concerns. And so happy and glad I chose to come here at a very stressful time, they were just amazing people. 10/10 Only distressing part of the whole process was the blood test haha"
