"Went in last week 2nd time I've been there. First time ok. This time not great ! Got number 1 on the sides, and the lady decided it was a good idea to take one side of the side burns of my beard down to a cpl of days growth, the other side was more or less left how it was. Not just near my ear, but the whole side. I didn't have my glasses so didn't notice how bad it was at the time. Staff back at work laughed at me, luckily I didn't have to go anywhere else. I didn't ask for my beard to be trimmed at all. Never mind about being butchered. I wasn't going to write this review, but I'm still angry..."

"Sorry to rant but the truth needs to be told. Extremely unprofessional and unskilled service. I highly advise against using this barber. My hair cut was of an extremely poor standard, untidy and uneven. 3/10. I wouldn’t mind so much and would show compassion for perhaps a student barber but the negative energy in the shop needs to be spoken of. The supervisor was talking down to his employees and ‘bitching’ to me about them in-front of them. Saying rude things and basically bullying them. He was in a frustrated huff and was rushing my hair cut and shave and I was obviously such an inconvenience to his day. To make matters worse I was left with razor rash and even a small cut on my lip, with not so much as an apology or discount. I spent $50 and left with a low standard and messy hair cut and face rash and cuts, along with a feeling of being an inconvenience to the shop. The bad vibes being directed from the supervisor to his employees were appalling and showed a complete disregard of respect and lack of emotional control. I would not trust someone who obviously has an inflated ego and anger issues to put a razor blade on my skin. Again, apologies for the rant but after my experience I will never go to this barber again. Basic human respect and pride of service are simple concepts to grasp. This barber is a fully grown man who knows neither. Pity."
