"My mother took my daughter in for a standard hair cut. Nothing fancy just wanted it cut shorter. The woman left her hair uneven and different lengths and not straight at all, you can see the top layer is longer than the layer below it looks absolutely ridiculous. They didn’t even have her part straight before cutting. If they can’t even do a standard hair cut that’s a worry."

"I rang up and booked an appointment to get a toner put through my hair. Many years of colouring and recent foils to grow our my grey leaves my hair looking quite brassy therefore I need regular toning to blend the grey. I arrived for my appointment and when the staff finally acknowledged my presence I was greeted by a woman (not the person I spoke with on the phone) who critically looked at my hair and basically refused me treatment!! Left very dissatisfied!!! Couldn’t quite comprehend.what had happened. I would rate a zero if I could. Terrible way to treat a customer!!!"
