"My partner ordered some pasta from here and got terrible food poisoning. We called the establishment three times to sort out some explanation or apology. They fobbed us off until the manager on duty was available with the promise of a call back at a give time. The call did not come. We called again from her phone and were immediately put on hold for 5 minutes before having the call unexpectedly disconnected. I called from my phone and had an immediate pick up. Asked for the manager and was instead put on with some teenager who said the managers were both unavailable. They have yet to resolve the matter. While this may not be typical of Dominos as a brand, the Tuart Hill franchisee needs to sort out the cleanliness of his store or this will happen again and again. Food poisoning is no joke. This is unacceptable."

"Perfectly fine service good pizza very fast and ordered over the phone and handy location and I think it's open to a convenient time. Had pepperoni pizza with barbecue sauce and chilli flakes. So good when hungry"

"Terrible customer service. Driver asked me to collect it from her car as she was too busy to come to the door. She then dropped order all over the ground. This was sent back to be remade, but was the same order returned, oily and cold even though was assured it was freshly made."

"Unfriendly staff ++ lacking any sort of customer service skills. Walked in, the Indian girl asked what I wanted, literally, "what do you want?" Ordered my food and told them I'd go next door and come back. I asked her for a receipt as she didn't repeat my order back to me so I wasnt sure I was going to get what I ordered. She gave me the eftpos receipt showing the total amount and I asked her for the receipt showing the order. She told me I'd get that on pick up. When I returned another Indian girl came and stared at me without saying anything and me, thinking it was the same Indian that served me, I said, "hi". She asked what I wanted and then thought about it and I told her I'd made an order and then I asked her how long it would be and I would wait in my car. She told me five minutes so I told her I'd wait in my car. Then the other girl (initial one that served me) raced over as the order was already on the counter behind. I said "thank you, have a good day". Neither said anything to me. At least they got the order right."

"Not very impressed by the quality of puff pizza. It wasn’t cooked properly and was soggy. Only the edges tasted like puff really and was crunchy. Also the toppings were not at all proper. At certain spot you will find too many capsicum whereas on the other too many onions. Overall the experience was not good and I don’t think I’ll order from this store ever again."
