Domino's Pizza East Fremantle

"Staff cleaning the bottom of the shelves above the food trays. The employee wipes the shelf with a manky looking rag and then flicks the grot off the rag and into the food that is used to top customers pizzas. DISGUSTING!!!!! If I could give less than one star you would get it. As soon as I walked into that store I could tell that it had changed hands and obviously not the same hygiene standard the previous owners adhered to."

"never seen such horrible service, order can almost 2 hours later and blamed it on uber and then they got my order wrong and when i wanted my money back they told me it would be 15mins and it was longer. didnt even apologise"

"Ordered from here on Ubereats, after waiting 30mins after delivery time we called and they said they were very busy and it would only be another 20mins at most, 30-45mins later nothing, call again and they say it’s going out the door now and while arrive in 5-10mins, we wait some more and by the end it’s been just over 2hrs and they won’t answer any calls so we have to talk to ubereats support to cancel the order cause we couldn’t work it out with the store. Terrible service, was really looking forward to those pizzas too…"

"Very underwhelming experience. The delivery was perfect and didn't take long but the standard of food was not what I have come to expect from dominos. Everything was soft and spongey & you couldn't tell the difference between a BBQ and a tomato base. I wouldn't recommend."

"This is a fantastic branch. I always find the pizzas are made to perfection with lots of toppings evenly spread. They do amazing sides as well. All food is very well presented. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The lady that works during the day is always a delight to deal with. I won't buy my pizza anywhere else. Great menu options and all delicious."
