"This morning I went to TL and had the worst customer experience I've ever had. As a long time shopper at TL, (I even entered wearing a Rowie Jumper I had purchased there previously), I was excited to buy some clothes for summer. Upon entering I was not greeted or acknowledged despite the 4 shop assistants occupying the shop. As I walked around I was not approached by any sales staff to offer me any help, rather the sales staff were trying on clothes and taking up change rooms whilst I waited. When I did get a change room I tried on 5 items and not once was I asked if I needed any help, a new size or how it was looking. I felt completely ignored and like I didn't deserve their attention. I love the stock they carry but unfortunately from now on will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better for other customers."
