"Disappointed with the service as we were not given the right advice prior to proceeding with settlement. We purchased a new home which during our final inspection there were issues which we noted needed to be rectified prior to settlement. We were advised by all parties including (CS legal our settlement agent) of confirmation that they had been rectified, which lead us proceed. Unfortunately they had not been and we were lied to by the other party, upon seeking advice from CS Legal (our settlement agent) we were practically told bad luck and that our only option was to seek costly legal advice for further help in the matter. We were also told that we should have requested a second inspection prior to settlement though this was never mentioned or advised to us prior. As a long standing customer we are very disappointed with the service and lack of support offered regarding this and will not use ever again."
