"Wonderful staff. I had taken my cat in there for problems with his mouth and through surgery they found out that my beautiful cat had kidney failure. They were sympathetic and caring. Took him back there 5 weeks later to say our final goodbye. They were caring and loving towards us all. Great place and great staff"
"Shocked at how they wanted to charge me 30$ for an appointment rescheduling fee !! Rescheduling as I got unwell overnight (too sick and dizzy to drive), been trying to call their landline all morning but couldn't get through. Finally when I get through on call, they want to slug an additional charge ! No mention of this charge amount of 30$ anywhere or anytime while booking the appointment. This is unacceptable and unfair to be charging almost half the appointment cost as a rescheduling fee !"
"We had a fantastic experience in an awful circumstance. We came to this clinic for the first time to have both our dogs euthanised. Obvious this was an extremely distressing time and we were cared for by all staff members and made to feel welcome and at ease. The process it’s self was great, they let us have as much or as little of every stage. Obviously my heart is broken and the last thing I want now is another fur baby but if I do I will definitely become a regular. Thank you again for your support."
"They had an emergency case come in, so they were running a bit behind for my pups appointment, but everyone was so apologetic, which was unnecessary but very welcome. They show so much care and compassion and I think this may be my dogs new favourite place to visit with all the liver treats and cuddles"
