"While I was testing makeup to find my shade range, the security guard kept walking back and forth, treating me as if I were a thief. Every five minutes or so, he would return to the makeup area just to suspect me of stealing. Like, bro, chill. Even after that, he came and complained that I was taking too long and told me to just look at the makeup and leave. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I eventually left. If you see this, I recommend trying another Chemist Warehouse."

"Only come here to collect my son’s prescription formula. The wait time for them to attend to you takes forever. Even though I’m sure they can see you. And the Indian security guy seems to be on a power trip. He literally thinks I’m stealing all the time even though he literally stand at the entrance seeing me pay. But has to check my bag every time. There has been instances where I have my put the order over the phone and they have forgot to put the actual order it. Leaving me stressing out because my son has no formula."

"The staff could not be more unfriendly, do not acknowledge your existence. When I did ask someone for help she had to finished stocking the shelves that she was ignoring me for. I had another question but she stormed off back to the shelf she was stocking. At the check out there were 3 people waiting. The person on checkout was helping someone with perfume, another person was stocking something and she never stopped to help anyone. Everyone looks miserable in the store, just like their service"

"There is an Indian looking security guard on today who should be fired . I overheard him speaking to a female employee about mens colognes and he was being so rude and disrespectful . Definitely has put me off going back to this store again ..unless this guy is gone . He needs some lessons on manners and respect . Here is an idea ...try being nice to customers and employees . Respect will get you everywhere"

"Rude staff. Was waiting in the click and collect line for 15 minutes and kept getting ignored. I understand her serving the people in line before me, but when she kept serving new people as they lined up and I asked her nicely for my click and collect (I was right next to her) she told me no and that she had to keep serving people. I ended up just joining the back of the line, but I know I was in the right place before because it literally says ‘pick up your click and collect order here’ on the ground where I was waiting. Made me feel like an idiot for waiting in the spot where I’ve picked up a click and collect before. Also felt like I was being ignorant to other customers waiting when I was there before them! It’s not my fault that you work at chemist warehouse and hate your job"
