"I signed up as a member to get their $1 off of PBS scripts, only to find out they're selling them for $1 more then every other chemist. Paid for a whole year of membership for no actual savings. Very disappointed."
"Excellent service from the whole team. My script had been previously dispensed and the pharmacist contacted the chemist where I’d had the last script filled and they were able to text me an updated e-script. This enabled me to get the medicine I desperately needed. Thank you so much!"
"They are simply robbing customers. Bought 2 packs of Flixotide Junior 50mg Asthma Inhaler for $58.80. I suspected the high price but the check out lady advised it was an expensive medicine. Checked the price online after a couple of weeks and found other chemists were selling it for $12.99- $15.00 per pack. I got the impression it was an honest mistake by National pharmacy and they would refund me the excess money. Went beck to National Pharmacy with the receipt and one unopened inhaler. Showed them that Chemist warehouse which is within 150 meters was selling it for $12.99.The chemist stated it was their price (200% -225% compare to other shops) and I needed to check the market before I bought. He also refused to return money for the unopened unit. Price may vary from shop to shop but more than twice the price of other shops is simply a robbery. I advised the chemist to practise honesty to have customer's respect. Chemist with Asian Appearance replied he didn't worry about honesty and respect. Everyone should avoid these robbers."
"I was very disappointed by the unprofessional services I recently received by the pharmacist. I went in to get an emergency Ventolin inhaler over the counter. The male pharmacist who served me was rude and said he couldn't give me one because I didn't have a script. He wanted proof that I needed Ventolin such as showing him a photo of an inhaler on my phone! I went to another chemist nearby who happily sold me an emergency inhaler. I understand that the pharmacy needs to ensure that it provides medicines to people that need them but for a single emergency inhaler a 10 minute inquisition is unnecessary and rude. It is unimaginable that other customers may have also been placed in this dangerous situation where they are denied Ventolin and had to waste valuable time going home to get 'proof' rather than getting the help they needed."
"Went there today to pick up my grandmas blood test strips, but in the moment I forgot what the strips were called and I also forgot to bring her Medicare card. The customer service was amazing as the staffs there helped me find what I needed even without a Medicare card, they were kind and made me comfortable."
