"They sent our child home just because of eczema. Most people would know eczema is eczema. It is not a health concern to other children. Sadly, this Child(less)care Centre got no clue. We wasted our precious time at work and money that we still had to pay them to look after who...nobody. How can they be in this business anyway? Well, yes ripping off hard working people. The word Childcare has a deep meaning in my view, but they just cannot live up to it."
"I have now sent all 3 of my children to this center over a 5/6 year period and tell all my family to go there! Most of the educators have been there for many many years and those who have stepped away have come back again ! They know my family, our health history, cater for food allergies and take all developmental concerns seriously. They are like my family members now and I couldn’t bring up my children without them! A true 10/10 education Center . I also love that other family members send their children to the center and the staff make an effort to have the children visit each other which nurtures their bonds. ❤️"
"Outstanding centre! From the moment we walked in the door at Stepping Stones Para Hills it was a warm and caring environment. The educators not only took the time to get to know our son, but also our family. They staff are all professional, loving, caring educators who you feel extremely confident leaving your little ones with. Our family cant speak highly enough of this wonderful centre."
"Out boy Charlie has enjoyed every day he’s attended. Thanks to Alex and Sarah and all the staff for treating us and out son with care and must say it’s very hard to say goodbye. Also the cook for the healthy meals each day. Love you guys. Keep up the good work."
"Not at all happy with the standards/rules of the center. You cannot have a single visit without filling the full paperwork. Only allowed two visits for half an hour each with a bond of 50$ which is non refundable !!if you don;t like the center after visits or it doesn't suit your child needs, you won't get 50$ back. You have to pay full center fees per day if want more so called 'shorter visits'. I tried my daughter last year but she wasn't happy with visits so I changed my mind and i did'mt enrolled her , so my 50$ were gone. I tried again this year along with my son, same process , asking 100$ for both at time of visits. Each child is different and need more time to settle in. Center should provide more flexibility to parents and new comers in regards to their visits. Moreover , I did'nt see any interest by staff in accompanying my kids on their first visit which was really frustrating. Half an hour visit is a joke!! which should be changed."
