"If I could give no stars I would. I dont work in furniture store. I asked for a price on a table. The lady in the store said the prices are on the price list on the table. Okay so there are 5 tables all with different sizes, finishes and leg configurations. From this there is one price list on a table with all the furniture in the group prices. I was told I was stupid for not knowing which price belonged to which table. Well guess what I dont work in furniture. I was then further insulted by being told the customer is not always right. I understand the sentiment. Come to my shop and select a pump for your property without help and lets see how right you are. I will never ever bother with this store again. Their staff are badly trained, arrogant in the extreme and downright wrong."

"I had the best experience ever with my purchase at Natuzzi. John was so friendly and helpful. I changed my mind about the colour and sofa style many times. He was so patient with me and nice. In other shops they would quickly give up on me as I was an indecisive buyer. I liked more different styles and was in dillema what to buy. Although I have not get my order yet I trust I will get the same quality and sofas look I have seen in a shop. Thank you John for such a pleasant and positive experience. "I would like to thank Lesley and her team at Natuzzi for making a stressful situation run smoothly. A sofa delivery proved quite difficult as it was superheavy and bulky to go up a narrow staircase to be placed in the upstairs lounge room . This did not stop the Natuzzi team from finding a solution to get the sofa upstairs in tact with no damage . Exceptional professional and timely customer service. I did not have to chase or follow up , Lesley made it happen . We are very happy with this beautiful sofa , I would definitely recommend visiting the store . Bettina & Richard"

"1 star is the lowest I can give in a review, for the shocking customer service my partner and I have had to deal with. Fair to say we got our Natuzzi pieces at a okay price, we got our hands on whatever was available in store/ in stock, and it happen to have a 20-30%? mark down as well. There is no customer service once you hand in the deposit or made full payment of order. So many unbelievable things they had said: 1. "You have bought a house, so why are you concerned about spending money on furniture?" - With eye rolls. - As any consumer, I think we would like to pay fair prices and negotiate where we can. The sales person absolutely does not think in your shoe. ---- At this point we had already made full payment for our order on a 3 seater couch, rug and a virous other items. This really turned me off, and the more I thought about why do I deal with the unpleasant attitudes. Sp 2. You could've made enquiry for refund yesterday, but you made payment yesterday so we cannot refund you anymore today. (She said the manager said that.) - We were told we can change our mind anytime by the sales person. As none of our piece were special orders, they were all in store stock. - If they were special orders, it would make sense for us to pay some sort of amount for the special arrangement & delivery ect. 3. Natuzzi is the only place where you get true Italian made products and not made in China. - I am absolutely speechless at such ignorant comment. 4. Who doesn't get bad google reviews, people will just think you are a bad customer. - Maybe, but I will still write out our experience. - This mindset is set to fail. Continue & no pity given. These items we have are the last we will ever have from Natuzzi. I would NOT recommend Natuzzi to anyone."
