"I have been a customer of King Furniture since 2006 and over the years all the furniture I have purchased has performed . Stylish , functional and well designed for everyday living . The team at the Osborne Park did not disappoint from the moment I walked into the store to discuss my furniture needs due to flood damage. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with and explained all the features of their furniture to meet my lounge and recliner replacements. Ewe was also very professional as I placed my order. I would highly recommend you consider King Furniture as there well made and stand the test of time from singles , families and empty nesters homes ."

"My wife and I recently purchased over $70k worth of furniture for our new home at King Living Osborne Park. Although the initial purchasing of the furniture was fine, it all turned sour from when the furniture was delivered to our home. Given the amount of furniture we ordered, King arranged to have some people assist with the installation of the furniture and to 'quality check' to ensure all was ok. Unfortunately from items of furniture undelivered (and we had to wait months for this to be fixed and delivered), to issues that were identified with our furniture upon installation. These included scratched surfaces on our bar stools, stained fabric on our Seranade bed frame, hydraulic issues with the storage component on our outdoor jasper lounge, and the seat cushions on our indoor Jasper lounge being lumpy and uneven. We also ordered 8 dining room chairs of which only 4 were delivered and upon investigation no one had any idea where these chairs were. we were advised at the time of installation that all of these items will be fixed and as of today, being 10months later, all we have had is our 4 dining chairs delivered. I have sent numerous email requests to the store Manager Megan on 31/5/2023, 11/7/2023, 3/8/2023 & 10/8/2023 following up on the course of action and update on having our issues fixed and have had nothing of a response whatsoever apart from I will follow up with our customer service team on 16/7/2023. The silence from Megan, King Living or anyone from their customer service team has been deafening. They are happy to take your money but the aftercare and service if there is an issue is diabolical. If I could give 0 stars or worse for this review I would. if anyone is thinking of purchasing King furniture, don't, keep well away."

"Thankfully the quality control issues appear back to normal. Took delivery of our Concerto couch today, everything looks perfect & true to expectations. Delivery guys were careful & professional. Very happy with our 3rd purchase from King Living. I’m aware of the recent negative experiences, so felt relieved ours came timely & without fault."

"Although these people have great furniture they have no idea as to customer relations. No only are they demanding in their payment process by bombarding you with texts and emails to ensure that you pay one week before delivery but when you make payment in advance and only part of the order will be delivered they are not sophisticated enough to be able to transfer some of the over payment to another invoice and demand full payment or no delivery. To top that off they do not respond to communication. My wife must have day surgery on the date that they have set for delivery and although we have asked for delivery later in the day they have ignored our communication with the retail outlet and dispatch and sent emails still suggesting delivery early on the delivery day. Not a great company to deal with. Very disappointing. We expected more! Roz Hutchinson Perth"
