"Visited the store recently searching for shoes for my wedding day, the customer service was extremely poor. I had to continuously ask the sales assistant for help (additional sizes, different styles ect) I advised the sales assistant that I was shopping for my wedding shoes and still she didn’t seem to care. Never once asked how I was going, didn’t smile and wasn’t friendly to approach. I had no budget and was willing to spend $$$ This was definitely a missed opportunity for a sale. Such a shame."
"I was served by Ashley and she was so rude when I asked her for a shoe in my size, once I tried them on I asked to buy them in a different colour. She went out the back and got them, didn't check them and when I asked if I could check to make sure they were the right colour she rolled her eyes. When I got home I realised she had given me two different sized shoes! I called up asking if I could return them for the correct ones and has the response of "Yep" and hung-up. Very unprofessional, its not hard to be nice to people. Maybe its time for a new job Ashely as you are dragging the stores reputation down, I will never go back now as I would rather not be treated that way by someone."
"Just had the most appalling experience at this karrinyup store. I was served by Ashley as it says on my receipt. I went into this store with the intention of purchasing multiple pairs of shoes but walked out with one pair which I didn’t even get the chance to try on due to my discomfort. Lacked any sort of greeting. Chucked shoes that people had finished trying on against the back wall of the counter. When I asked if she was okay and if there was anything wrong due to her level of disgusting attitude Ashley went on a tangent trying to justify her lack of manners. I have been in retail before as a manager and I still cannot understand, even after my experience, why one would be so angry and clearly unhappy with her job. I called after my visit to the store in hopes of possibly having a chat to Ashley to try to better understand her actions but got hung up on. I then called again and was directed to a casual worker that said their manager was on leave and suggested I called back another day. Is this how the staff act in the absence of their manager? May I suggest to Ashley if she is unhappy or unfit for retail that she may find another job because I can safely say she is deterring me and many other customers from ever shopping there again. Truely disappointing and plain disturbing."
"I’m honestly disgusted by the lack of customer service skills. We went in to the shop today to look for heels for a wedding. The lady at the desk made us feel uncomfortable and awkward asking for shoe sizes like it’s not her job to provide it. No smile no greeting and an angry face on the whole time. I don’t understand why these higher end brands hire children who don’t have any customer service skills or experience. Seeing as you have only one main Billini store find better people to represent your brand or provide training to make this experience better for customers."
"I came to look at the reviews because I thought “I wonder if anyone else feels the same about the customer service here” and I was actually even more shocked at how many people felt the same as me. The girls are without a doubt the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced in a store. I generally don’t expect much? But a smile & a greeting is literally the absolute minimum and you don’t even get that. They see you walking around looking at shoes and don’t even ask if you need a size. I actually dread going into the store because it makes me anxious feeling like they don’t even want me in there. It’s crazy in 2023 that the service can be so bad in an economy where retail stores are struggling and online is taking over. You would think they’d be going over and above to provide a half decent customer experience. I won’t be returning to the store personally and just make my purchases online moving forward."
