Incredible doctor with vast knowledge and experience who has devoted his life to helping others and continues to do so today. The staff at the desk are amazing and hard working also and ensure patients are seen as on time as possible."
"DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGERY.The receptionists are rude and the doctors show no care towards their patients. They care more about you paying fees then they do about your health. I come from the east coast and have health concerns that need be maintained a certain way. All this just brushed off and I was asked to eat a healthy diet (which I do. Lots of fruit and veggies and no gluten and dairy). Appointments are late and the call back I requested, was done at the end of the day, when I had booked it for earlier in the day. When the doctor did ring, I was then blamed for not turning up, even though it was a call back as they requested. I felt that I was no better than pond scum. Even simple medication and pain killers to maintain my health after a car accident that I had surgery for, I could not get. So please find another surgery that show care. ."
"No I do not recommend this surgery at all. Patient care is last, getting money from the Medicare system is at the forefront and they are part of the rorting. They do not care about patients at all, they fear the AMA and don’t actually do anything that a GP is responsible for. They do not uphold their oath or adhere to the Declaration of Geneva and would rather patients suffer just so they can get their Medicare money which is a big ol’ bucket of money to them! Should be able to give minus or zero."
"No matter what time you book for you will never get in on time. Always have to wait 30 minutes to an hour. Even first appointment of the day. Patients don't have a life, they can wait all day. Doctors can run late all day long. Very poor service. The receptionists are very rude and constantly huff and puff like anything that they do is such an effort. So disappointing."
"We used to go physically to this practice as it near our home. Nowadays we do phone consults primarily. We have had our kids vaccinated here, and many if our own appointments. Although it can be a little busy at times, they generally run close to time. The staff are very helpful in general, going out of their way to help."
