It is important to note that our doctors do not prescribe Schedule 8 Drugs and Drugs of Addiction, such as opiates and benzodiazepines, to new patients during their first appointment. For new patients who are already established on these medications, a review with their new doctor will be conducted to discuss the treatment. We require access to previous medical records to determine if these drugs are appropriate for continuation.

Starting from July 2023, our fees have slightly increased. This decision was made due to the ongoing discrepancy between operating a general practice clinic and the low increases in Medicare rebates offered by the Federal Government. A full list of fees is available at our reception, and our team is available to answer any questions you may have.

Please be aware that our bulk billing policy has changed. Bulk billing is now only available for children under 16 during normal business hours. Concession card holders will incur a small gap fee, while DVA card holders will be bulk billed at all times. For patients outside of these groups, there will be a small out-of-pocket expense for most consultations. However, we will continue to bulk-bill all Health Assessment and Chronic Disease Management Plans.
