"First time coming here today. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and got told where to wait. Yes they were running late as expected by most medical appointments but when it was my turn the staff were welcoming, explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease!"

"I feel as though your billing practices are discriminatory. if you require a patient lifter for an MRI the only facility that will take you is Modbury Hospital and since they supposedly don't have a Medicare license you have to pay $200 for a potentially life-saving test... With the cost of living as is guess we'll be cutting meals this week! Even though his GP told us not to pay! Disgusting! When you staff acknowledges there is no other facility with a lifter and that they acknowledge this and that the lack of bulk billing is the way it is that is why the test has been reduced to "only $200". If Travis was ambulant he would have been able to go elsewhere and not be charged therefore I do consider it a discriminatory practice on your part to prey on vulnerable people with limited other opportunities. ***** Spoke to Bensons this afternoon (03/03/23), Mr Crawford, Who advised me that I could have waited months on the public health system and I CHOSE to go the route of paying for the test. Private facilities like their ASHFORD clinic etc don't need to offer the services of a lifter etc and it is not discriminatory that they don't cater for people who are not ambulant. Basically too bad too sad. Terminated the conversation and will be speaking with the disability complaints EEO line"

"I made 2 bookings online on a Friday night. Sat morning I got a call to have an MRI and Bone scan on the same day the following Tuesday (today). Front desk staff were friendly and courteous and steered me to the waiting area. MRI staff were friendly and courteous explained everything to me. This might seem small but a little bit of help getting up from the hard table meant the world to me. I had the Bone scan (2Parts) and an injection. Didn’t feel the needle go in. I was told when to come back. Needed an empty bladder on return. This scan was painless lying on the hard table for the third time in a morning didn’t help my back pain, but you have to do these thing to get answers. The Bone Scan staff were again friendly and courteous, the staff member that helped me off the table is probably not aware how much that helped me. I am in tears writing this. I truely appreciated your help today. Kind regards and Thankyou."

"Had an appointment booked and was made to wait for 15 minutes past my appointment in line before I was checked in as the receptionists were on the computers and not checking in patients. They then called through and told the technician I was 15 minutes past my appointment as if it was my fault? A simple greet and check in would have saved me 15 minutes of my time. I understand you're busy but the service is absolutely terrible."
