"The modbury branch is good, but, the phone service yesterday was a bit frustrating. I called at 10.20am on 9/11 put on hold, then left mobile number for a call back, I'm still waiting for a call back on 10/11. I tried again yesterday afternoon only to be put on hold again for a further 40 min, after that I gave up."

"Firstly, a sign directs you to wait in the entrance corridor to be called forward to reception, as if you are a dog waiting to be allowed into the premises. The two receptionists both sat busy on their computers, not even looking up to acknowledge the queue of people waiting to be allowed in. I walked out after a couple of minutes of waiting in this corridor without being acknowledged by these rude receptionists and went across the road to another provider (Lumus Imaging) who provided exceptional service."

"Excellent service, excellent staff. The incorrect address shown on Google maps needs to be corrected. Bensons radiology, Modbury triangle, is on the smart road side. Not the north east road side. Opposite st Luke’s church on smart road. Bus stop 43S. There is also another bensons radiology at nearby Modbury hospital. Excellent parking, once you finally work out, where this place, actually is."
