"I had a terrible experience from this place. I made an appointment few days back and they said they have the new patients offer and it will cover my first appointment of $180 as long as I have private health insurance. The girl specifically said I don’t need to have any cover to be able to get this if I hold a private health insurance. At the time of appointment they changed and said I have to pay the entire fee because I don’t have the cover. They apologised for the mistake and also said I can use Afterpay or Zip pay for the payment. This is a trick that they are doing they will make us to do the appointment and on the day they will refuse the offer and give us alternate ways to make the payment. It was not a good experience from them and will not go there anymore. Response to your reply * Did I say that i am looking for cheaper or free dental? What I said was your one of the receptionist told me that it is covered and at the time of the service the another lady said “ ohh that was our new girl and apologies” Do not say something which you bring out of your mind. Just focus on the matter."
