"Pedicure on feet cut the wick on the side of the toe so close toe is throbbing never had this happen anywhere in plaza still in pain 2 days later . Tried to pressure me in getting nails after they quoted $75 and I wanted a gold colour it then went up to $95 . I said I'll have a think about it but I did not want to be ripped off or the quality of the nail work was something I didn't want .. Don't value their customers won't be back."
"My go-to for all things nails. Staff are awesome, friendly, smiling, chatting. You don't feel like a number. Never had a problem with the fished product - my nails always look gorgeous walking out of there. Great selection of products and colours. Have tried SNS and Gels, love both, and love to get a pedicure once in a while."
"Absolutely horrible place. Quoted $50 for full set SnS Charged me $66 When I questioned he told me $15 for tips ( never ever been charged more then $5) He made a huge scene when I asked. It ended up in him yelling at me. I am embarrassed and upset. They are lumpy and not worth $50 let alone $65 He stoped and started 7 times to boss his staff around. Not happy at all."
"I'm currently getting the worst deluxe pedicure of my life. The young lady is basically petting me with the pedicure tools nothing deluxe about any of it. Focusing only on my legs and not so much my feet or toes. I've been cut three times and have asked her twice to cut my nails Shorter she won't listen. I really don't want to pay for this treatment but I won't be returning!! this is how they were going to let me leave the store before I said something. Only after I complained, another staff member had to take over and redo. First and last time."
