"I was scared to go here from the bad reviews. I decided to try it out for myself and took my daughter to get a pedi with me in the kid chair. I was pleasantly surprised we were treated very nicely and happy with both our nails"

"Absolutely disgusting service, I went in and wanted just plain white coffin shape nails. While removing my previous acrylics and had my natural nail bleeding underneath. I have cuts and peeling skin all around my nails, I was charged extra for extra long nails when they were only medium length. I was also charged extra for coffin shape and they’re square. At the end of my service when the oil was applied she dropped it all over my hands my expensive jeans, the oil will not come out of my jeans. I went back very politely explaining what happened and was pretty much made fun of and spoken to like I’m stupid. I was refused any sort of refund or free service. All I was offered was a re-shape of my nails."

"WON'T BE COMING BACK! There is one staff that I've noticed can have an attitude toward customers. In the past, I had one bad experience with her. She had done my French tips too far down. I let it go as overall the other ladies were nice. And I continue to go back. But today she did my nails again. She asked if the length was ok. To which I replied yes. I then stated nicely but one was not straight. To which she instantly got an attitude and said it's because of your natural nail. I stated I don't normally have this issue. The lady then asked if I would like her to take it off. I said yes, please. To which she did. Once she fixed it I said thank you. But her body language and facial expression were off. She then began to bang her equipment and nail polish on the table. I asked if she didn't want to do my nails maybe someone one else could. Then she stood up and started to get vocal very loudly and was speaking in her language. I told her I would not coming back. I asked what she said in her language To which she replied that once before I had issue with her husband doing my nails. I said yes that's correct because he had cut me not once but 5 times and they were to thick and the wrong shape. So clearly she didn't want to do my nails from the get go.i have never had an issue with anyone else in the salon. I have been going there for the last past 4 years .she then stated then with attitude have a good day. I said you too and hope all your customers here today can see how rude you are! She is the one that is married to Kevin.she Always looks grumpy. Maybe not the right person for customer service."

"The worker didn't do that bad on my nails, but she cut my finger with the drill, and she didn't even get the colors right. Some of my nails weren't the same shape, although it was pretty good, but I also might give them another try at it. But when I went home, I Relies that one of the nails were chipped and I had to fix it I think I regret my decision and it was a disaster. So, I do not RECOMMEND. I would rather go to Hollywood Plaza nail salon coz I bet they do it better."
