"Doesn’t matter what salon I go too I always seem to get the duds and end up disappointed. Big chunk of my hair (right section) was 2 cm longer than the rest. Wasn’t until I got home and looked at the photo properly that I realised. Seemed like the hair dresser was rushing and didn’t really care to see if it was lined up properly."
"The blonde lady who served us was very kind friendly and went out of her way to be helpful"
"My 11 year old step daughter had her hair cut last Friday as I couldn’t get in with my ordinary hairdresser. Being her first time picking her own haircut she told the hairdresser what she wanted. The hairdresser explained it was a very layered cut which we understood. As the appointment went on, I did notice some of the techniques she was doing was a little odd like not sectioning the hair at all or cutting a huge length and not checking if it was straight or blended but I’m not the professional or a hairdresser. She finished the cut, my daughter said she was happy and we left. It wasn’t till closer inspection when we got home I realised how bad the hair was cut. The lady was really nice and I can’t fault her for that but I honestly don’t think she was a trained hairdresser. I really am speechless at the cut’ and I have photos if you would like to see. I had to pay another hairdresser to fix it so I am now out of pocket for two haircuts now. She actually was the one who suggested I should complain as she couldn’t believe what had happen. To end my complaint I must say I do feel my step daughter being only 11 years old and less likely to notice, was taken advantage of. I'll attach one photo to give you a rough idea of the quality we received. Edit: (As can't respond to reply) The stylist name was Josie, so feel free to follow it up with them. Can't see how she could possibly be qualified. I probably would have done a cleaner cut with a whipper snipper."
"Some of the hair dressers are really good! However stay right the hell away from Sharon.. Literally got her hair dressing licence from the back of the cereal packet. I gave this woman 4 chances on separate occasions twice with my son and twice with myself. All times we had to get our hair fixed by another hairdresser. The hair dressers that fixed our hair were utterly gobsmacked to see the awful mess she had left."
