"Shoes are comfortable enough. I bought a pair of sandals/ thong type. As they do not have closed shoes to suit wide feet. I was disappointed after first wear the thong part came away from the sole. The customer service was really good and a replacement was ordered from another store. I did not wear them as often and took them with me on my trip to Rome. The cobblestones were my downfall even though I thought sandals would be great in Rome! Saddly they came apart from the sole again. My Dad cane to the rescue putting a hole in the base and tying through. So saddly cannot find myself buying again from this store. Thank you Novo for employees that are helpful and friendly."
