"Finally find my size at one of these stores. Not a cheap item at all, I just liked the design. Get it home and it's a different size to the tag. Slightly annoyed but stuff happens, so I put it aside until I go back (not our local store at all) Take it back and get told by the shop keeper multiple times that I shouldn't have removed the tags, that it's been a while since I bought it (6 weeks), proceeded to inspect every part of it and then told me she will do me a "favour" by letting me swap the item. It's not a favour to correct your own mistake after I had to go out of my way to return it. Not even a hint of apology. As I said, I was only slightly annoyed, now I'm offended. Never going back"
"I had a terrible experience in this store. I bought 2 trackies from the store and got fuzz ball in just 2 wash, Store manager made a comment that it looks much older than 3 weeks or i do t know how to wash, she said not much she can do without the receipt, refuse to help me to find the receipt in the system, after some time she agreed to swap for another item Some thing very strange happened to me she refuse to give me receipt for the new product ever though I had to pay the 10 $ difference ,1 time happened to me not sure if thats legal and than when I asked for bag she try to insult me by saying that because I didn't bring the old bag . Not sure if anyone care about customer service in this store ."
