"Website prices differ from prices in-store ended up costing $10 More than what the website had stated. Positives: open over the weekend, friendly staff member, large range of pool equipment & Parts"
"I had to give this lot one star; wouldn’t allow me to give none. Had new pool filter installed five weeks ago. Paid for it to be installed properly. They said I now probably need a new pump installed, but won’t come out to look at it to see whether I actually do. Gouging money out of customers that they’ve already have $1400 out of. Obviously don’t back up their workmanship. Don’t buy a pool filter from them. Further to the answer given below by the owner: How do you know it's working fine ... YOU WON'T COME OUT TO LOOK AT IT! Instead suggested I spend more money to buy something else that I and you don't know is faulty. Yep, that's definitely trying to get more money out of customer without knowing what the problem really is. FYI, the FILTER has a leak. I rang about it 10 days ago; again you refused to look at it. Yeah, I've got time to make videos and run up to Joondalup with them. I stick to my earlier statement: DON'T BUY A POOL FILTER FROM WA POOL WAREHOUSE JOONDALUP."
"Went in for advice on my water & system, workers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Didn't feel pressured to buy anything unlike other stores. I will definitely be going through WA Pool Warehouse for my future tests and equipment."
"A disappointing visit to this pool shop. I was surprised at the negativity of the person serving. Unfortunately he demonstrated the opposite of a ‘can do’ attitude to me and the previous customer. I got what I needed but am reluctant to return. I have previously shopped here and had excellent service."
"Awful experience and a rip of to boot 2 times in a row; only went there as couldn't get the parts i needed elsewhere nearby. after the first rip off where we saved 50% at pool werks Guy behind the counter just wanted me out of the shop asap (granted i was just after closing time 5.03pm - BUT THIS IS WHAT keeps your doors open with bricks and mortar shops - i work in wholesale and know the retail industry - this is all that separates you from online shopping- i've had better experiences online) Wanted to charge me $75 for 2 o-rings and a union joint for a hurlcon VX7T which i ended up getting down the road for $20. WHAT A JOKE. Sorry but i'll never be back"
