"The young lady at front shop who also takes the calls acts and sounds like your order is inconvenient to her. No greeting, no smile, no thank you. The Chicken Parmi tasted great but the temperature was straight from the fridge along with the accompanying pasta. Three cheese pasta was however absolutely yummy and hot as expected. Mozzarella sticks barely warm. This shop use to take so much pride in the food they served but it has gone down hill and we will not be returning after being customers for so long."

"Ordered a Fettuccine Carbonara, and it had way too much cream. Carbonara sauce is traditionally made with egg. There was no egg in this, just overloaded with cooking cream. I might aswell have been eating a cup of cream with a bit of pasta in it. It was flavourless. Use egg and less cream next time you guys are usually pretty good so I will be back soon!"

"Don't bother. Ordered through Uber Eats. Arrived 90 mins - garlic bread still semi frozen in the middle. When I called the store they feigned ignorance and said to complain on Uber and not to them."
