"I went to concept fertility before going to fertility north and comparing the 2 experiences the receptionist were so much nicer at fertility north along with everything else. The receptionist were nice and super helpful and the nurses were angels! Dr Chapple heard our concerns and customised a plan especially for us with the intent to help as quickly as he could. Dr Smith was super cool too! The portal system is really great and the clinic and the whole vibe is 100%. The only negative was long wait periods in the waiting room. We had success the first round, currently 15 weeks. The experience wasn’t stressful one bit for me it was super pleasant."

"My wife and I are patients of Dr Natalwala and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Belinda and Mia have been amazing, helping us every step of the way with the donor program. The nurses, lab and admin have also been great! As a queer/gender diverse couple, we have always felt like we were in a safe space here with our pronouns always respected and clinic staff advocating for treatment equality."

"If I could I would rate 0. Went here due to the joondalup location but was constantly told the wrong information. Donated in June and randomly get another invoice today with no explanation. Horrible communication all round. Emails with out even saying hello. Too many mistakes to count. For your own sanity please keep looking and don't go here. Read all the same reviews. Was only a painful experience with minimal support. Provided feedback through Fertility North and ofcourse no response. RESPONSETO FERT NORTH: Ofcourse you can't find "errors", that is because you call (or forget to call) instead of email and very often your admin will not add their name on the email, so no records. I did the survey and have re done it again today."

"Administration & the nurses at fertility North are excellent. They get back to you quickly & listen to you. We cannot thank Dr Jay Natalwala enough for our beautifull, now 5 year old son Jayden."

"Based on our experience we recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with this clinic. Having spoken to a separate specialist we believe the advice provided at Fert North did not give us the best chance of a successful pregnancy. The clinic seems to be understaffed and as a consequence the morale appears quite low. We rarely had a good feeling when attending and left feeling deflated following a number of routine appointments. The overriding feeling is you are very much a number where your cash is king but empathy, communication and attention to detail leave a lot to be desired. Following our 4th failed transfer we called to book an appointment with our specialist to discuss our situation and basically seek some re-assurance. We have been patients of the clinic for 21 months. We were advised the next available appointment was 6 months. What a punch in the guts! For us this was the catalyst to seek help elsewhere. One last note - Since that call we have not had any communication from the clinic to see how we are doing or what our plans are."
